Repair Satisfaction Vehicle Program (RSVP)

As an enhancement to Infinity's "One-On-One" claim service, "RSVP" was designed to assist you with your claim. When you are involved in an accident, the last thing you want to worry about is the quality of the repair work performed on your vehicle. Today's high tech vehicles require special tools, paint processes and repair skills. Because of this, Infinity has established strict guidelines for the appointment of all RSVP repair facilities. Each facility has been inspected by our Claims Department and will periodically be reinspected to ensure that only repairs of the highest quality are performed.

RSVP Guarantee

You will benefit from this by having your vehicle repaired by the finest repair facility available and Infinity will GUARANTEE those repairs for as long as you own the vehicle. Not only will you receive a WRITTEN GUARANTEE from Infinity, but if you agree to participate in this program by signing the RSVP endorsement on our application, Infinity may reduce your collision premium as well.

If You Have a Claim

In the event of a loss, our Claims Department will direct you to the nearest RSVP repair facility or you may choose from a list of approved shops. In most cases, you are only responsible for paying your deductible to the RSVP facility. With your permission, Infinity will authorize immediate repair of your vehicle and will follow those repairs to completion. Once you and Infinity are satisfied with the work, we will pay the RSVP shop directly.

From time to time you may not be within a reasonable distance to a RSVP shop. In this event, you will NOT be penalized. The Infinity Claims Department will assist you by recommending a non-RSVP repair facility or an Infinity claims adjuster will work directly with you on using a repair facility of your choice.

You may elect not to use our appointed RSVP repair facility. However, if you do so, if there is warranty, it will be between you and the body shop. Infinity will not accept responsibility for the repairs. Also, you may either lose the RSVP discount or the additional premium may be deducted from the claim settlement.
