Infinity provides "One-On-One" Claims Service. That means we want to be the number One company in providing claim service to you, the policyholder. We want to be number One in customer satisfaction by handling claims in a manner that is second to none! Our "One-On-One" Claims Service offers the following:

  • One personalized information card that provides you with details on what to do in the event of a loss and how to contact our "One-On-One" personnel.
  • One nationwide toll-free telephone number, (800) 334-1661, that you can use to report losses 24 hours a day, seven days a week. With this number, you will speak directly with a person, not a recording!
  • One representative that will be assigned to the claim. The representative will make immediate contact with all parties involved.

What To Do If You Have a Claim

Because we strive to provide prompt claim service and fair settlements when a loss occurs, we want you to remember to PHONE in your loss IMMEDIATELY to (800) 334-1661. This will allow us to give immediate attention to your claim.

All claims must be reported to the Company as soon as possible. When you call our "One-On-One" Claims Service, you will be instructed on where to send documents. All documents must be forwarded immediately after reporting the claim.

What to Expect

As soon as you report your claim to us, we assign it to one of our adjusters. This person is responsible for investigating the claim, which may include such duties as ordering a police report, contacting everyone involved, interviewing witnesses, having damaged property inspected and verifying insurance coverage.

In most cases when you report your claim to us, we will assign an "appraisal" of the damaged property or vehicle. An appraisal is simply an inspection of the damaged property to determine the amount and extent of the damage. The person responsible for this inspection is an "appraiser".The adjuster will work with all involved parties to reach a settlement.

IF YOU HAVE AN ACCIDENT,
NOTIFY THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY

  1. Write down names, addresses, telephone numbers and license numbers of persons involved and witnesses.
  2. Do not admit fault. Do not discuss the accident with anyone except Infinity or police.
  3. Notify Infinity promptly.
  4. Have your Driver's license and information on your vehicle (such as license number and/or vehicle serial number) available for the Infinity adjuster, together with your policy number.
